Terms and Conditions

• The sessions are limited to the facilitating of PSYCH-K® for the express purpose of goal realization, in either a coaching or therapeutic environment, depending on the professional qualifications of the PSYCH-K® Health and Wellbeing Facilitator. In addition, PSYCH-K® Health and Wellbeing Facilitators have a licensing agreement with the PSYCH-K® Centre International to conduct themselves with the highest integrity, and in a way that honors PSYCH-K®, as well as the individuals with whom they work. 
• The PSYCH-K® process is strictly limited to the modification of beliefs and the transformation of traumas. Its purpose is to engage the mind/body’s natural self-healing processes in order to complement, not replace, usual, customary, and reasonable medical treatment and medical care by qualified medical practitioners.
• Session Fees – The client agrees to make a deposit at the time of booking to secure their appointment date and time. This is a non-refundable deposit fee that goes toward your session. The balance is due at the time of the session fee.
• Rescheduling- If an illness or situation prevents a session, the client may reschedule their session at least 48 hours before their appointment. Should the client fail to give 48 hours’ notice or decide to cancel the appt the last minute completely, the deposit will not be refunded. Please be considerate of the time and other appointments and sessions that may be scheduled for the same day as the session.
