PSYCH-K®

What is PSYCH-K® ?

PSYCH-K® is an efficient, spiritually based technique that helps change a person’s subconscious beliefs that prolong old thinking habits and behavior that he or she would like to change. This process helps you delve into the subconscious mind and communicate with it to change your self-limiting beliefs that affect your self-esteem, relationships, job performance and physical health. PSYCH-K® has been popularized as a spiritual tool with psychological benefits. It is interesting to note that PSYCH-K® is a variant spelling of the word “psyche” which means mind, soul and spirit.

PSYCH-K® ‘s primary goal is to help you in freeing your mind from self-limiting beliefs that prevent you from recognizing yourself as a “spiritual being having a human experience”.

Robert M. Williams, a former corporate executive, originated PSYCH-K® between 1988 and early 1989. Since starting his life of service as a professional psychotherapist, he studied several non-standard modalities for human change. From his studies, he developed a body of work called PSYCH-K®. He first tested this method with his friends and family to determine if he would get the expected results. Expectations were indeed met after the participants changed their lives and attitudes toward the desired state of general well-being.

PSYCH-K® is now being used around the globe with several wellness practitioners traveling to receive proper training in the various levels of PSYCH-K®.

How Does PSYCH-K® Work?

Subconscious beliefs create or limit what the person can achieve, hence creating a conflict with his or her conscious goals. This conflict can affect relationships, job performance, self-esteem, athletic performance, financial wellbeing and physical health.

PSYCH-K® establishes a Whole-Brain state in relation to the specific belief that is being addressed. Whole-Brain state allows the person who is changing his or her belief to create and open new neural pathways inside the brain in relation to the new belief. PSYCH-K® works like a mental keyboard — a method which communicates with the subconscious mind that is direct and simple and verifiable.

Muscle Testing is one of the tools used in a PSYCH-K®  session to identify the beliefs in the subconscious mind that are responsible for energy blockages, organ dysfunction or emotional imbalances. Once the client has set their intention to change an old belief and stated their new belief statement, the practitioner will assist them in balancing the right and left regions of the brain to rewire the new belief into the subconscious.

The client will be guided through certain movements and poses to get both hemispheres of the brain to a Whole-Brain state and seal in the new belief.

Is PSYCH-K® Safe?

PSYCH-K® ® has been proven safe and effective in changing self-limiting beliefs that make breaking old, unhelpful habits a difficult process. In addition to being safe, the modality’s whole-brain concept in changing subconscious beliefs has been scientifically proven by a research article published in several peer-reviewed journals in 2011.

What Can You Expect From PSYCH-K®?

A PSYCH-K® ® session is unlike any other modality that works with the subconscious mind. The coach won’t dig into your problems or issues in life to be able to help you achieve new beliefs. In your one-hour session, you won’t be bothered with so many questions. In the beginning, the practitioner may ask a couple of questions like what areas of your life are you dissatisfied or unhappy with and what you wish to achieve. After the very short Q&A portion, the practitioner will ask you to articulate your new belief statement based on your goal. Once you have verbalized your belief statement, the practitioner will perform muscle testing before proceeding to the brain reprogramming and balancing techniques.

A PSYCH-K® ® session is generally relaxing and enlightening. After which, the practitioner will take you through some activities that will enhance your new beliefs and make them part of your reality. You may opt for a face-to-face session or have it conducted online through a video conferencing platform like zoom.
